How to Load an LPG Tanker Trailer
- First, I carefully park the trailer in the right spot and pull the handbrake—safety comes first!
- Then, I put wheel chocks behind the wheels so the trailer won’t move.
- Next, I connect the grounding cable—this is super important to stop any sparks.
- Before I start loading, I check all the valves and hoses to make sure everything looks good and safe.
- After that, I connect the filling hose to the liquid inlet valve—almost ready!
- Sometimes, I also open the vapor return line to help balance the pressure.
- Now I start loading the LPG—I keep a close eye on the pressure and level gauges.
- Once the tank is full, I stop the flow right away and quickly close the valve.
- Then I carefully disconnect the hose and check again to make sure there are no leaks—just to be safe.
- Finally, I feel good when everything is done right—I write down the LPG amount and do one last check before leaving.
How to Unload an LPG Tanker Trailer
- First, I park the trailer at the right place and pull the handbrake—safety is always the most important!

- 1. The liquefied gas transport semi-trailer must strengthen the daily inspection, maintenance, and repair; faults should be eliminated in time to keep the vehicle’s performance always in good condition.
- 2. Various devices and accessories must be checked; (including safety valve, pressure gauge, liquid level gauge, thermometer, emergency cut-off device, multiple valves of the pipeline, grounding area, fire extinguisher, etc.). Must be checked frequently to see the expected performance, leaks, damages, etc. If irregularities are found, proper treatment should be made in time.
- 3. The pressure gauge every six months, check the qualified to add seals and fill in the inspection certificate.
- 4. When the total weight of the dry powder fire extinguisher is reduced by 10%, it should be replaced immediately.
