On the morning of June 15, 2016, I received an inquiry from a Venezuelan customer, he was looking for 30T bulk cement trailer. We recommended the 2 axle powder cement tank according to the customer’s situation.
Because there is a 12-hour time difference , I choose to communicate with the client in our evening and client is at working time. At the beginning, the customer was in the stage of comparing prices.
A week later, he gave me the configuration sheet and said very similar with our tanker, and asked us to give the best price. Adhering to the principle of sincerity, our quotations are generally based on durable configurations that are welcomed by customers, but if you want to compare prices, our prices will be in the upper and middle reaches.
Because the quality of the product and the use of accessories are different. Small factory also a lot. If the customer is really a budget problem, we will also give an economical solution for the customer .
In the early stage, we explained our product features and advantages to customers one by one, and also went to the factory do customer video calls, so that customers can see our production lines, our welding seams and large machines in real life.
Customers feel that we are more trustworthy than our peers because of our delivery. So it didn’t say to reduce the configuration, of course, we also gave the biggest discount we can do. Equipped some accessories at equal prices as support and discounts, which is convenient for customers future use.
On the 29th of 2016, we received a deposit from the customer. After 28 days, the customer’s powder cement tanker has been produced, and the customer will pay the balance after inspecting the tanker. We arranged the shipment directly in early August. Because of the transshipment, the customer received his tanker after 2 months.When the tanker arrived port,we send the video of operation instructions.
At the start of November, we followed up the usage of the tanker. The customer said that it was excellent. Because the waiting time for transshipment was longer than planned, we asked is have rusty? The customer said, no, everything is ok.
Our powder can customers have used it for nearly 5 years and are still with good condition.
